What is Hospice?
Hospice care offers a range of
comprehensive services, including pain and symptom
management, medication management, emotional and
spiritual support, assistance with daily activities,
respite care for caregivers, counseling, bereavement
support, and access to durable medical equipment (DME)
for added comfort.

- Hospice aide and homemaker services
Who Qualifies for Hospice?
Hospice care is available for
individuals with a prognosis of six months or less to
live, as determined by their physician. Eligibility
criteria may vary based on specific regulations and
guidelines. Hospice care is typically covered by private
insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.
Additionally, some hospice organizations offer financial
assistance programs to support individuals who are
uninsured or facing financial constraints.
